Payment Policy

Reservation Policy

  • A deposit of 40% of the total cost or at least equal to the cost of one night is required to complete the reservation, depending on the amount of the reservation.
  • After the reservation request, you will be sent an SMS / Email with all the details of your reservation and the bank details (IBAN). Then, after paying the deposit, you will receive a final booking confirmation email.
  • The guest must prepay the total price of the reservation within 14 days before arrival.
  • We accept prepayment by: Credit card.

 

Payment / deposit policy

  • Payments can be made either by bank transfer (IBAN) or by credit card, within seven working days of booking.
  • In your email you will find the temporary confirmation of the reservation with the relevant expiration date.
  • Final confirmation of the reservation is provided after payment of the deposit.
  • If payment is not made as scheduled, the reservation will be automatically canceled without notice.

Other policies

  • We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Euro / Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay credit card
  • Allow visitors to pay electronically with the payment method of their choice.
Cancellation Policy
  • Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
  • Guests will be charged the full price of the reservation if canceled up to 14 days before date of arrival.
  • In case of non-appearance of the customer, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • Cancellations are not charged for bookings that are canceled within 24 hours of booking.
Cancellation Policy
  • Children regardless of age are allowed.
  • Children 7 years and older are considered adults.
  • Children up to 2 years old stay free when using an available baby cot.
  • A baby cot is available at no extra charge and upon request.
  • No extra beds available.
Important Notes

Visitor information:

  • Check-in and check-out hours
  • Check-in from 15:30 until 22:00
  • Check-out from 07:30 to 11:30
  • There is no entry / exit schedule
  • There is no age limit
  • The keys are received at the customer's reception (changes due to Covid-19 are possible)

Accommodation regulations:

  • Smoking is not allowed
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Parties and / or events are not allowed
  • The quiet hours are between 21:00 and 07:00.
